1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing jagenphotography.com, booking a session, or using our client delivery galleries, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Copyright and Image Usage
All photographs, videos, and media displayed on this website and delivered through client galleries are the exclusive intellectual property of Jagen Photography. Clients receive personal or commercial usage rights as explicitly defined in their individual service agreement, but do not acquire underlying copyright ownership. Watermarked preview images may not be altered, screenshotted for final use, or published without authorization.
3. Booking, Deposits, and Payments
Sessions are secured upon execution of a service agreement and receipt of any required deposits (payable via approved methods such as Venmo). Final balances and delivery terms are governed by the specific package and contract agreed upon prior to the shoot.
4. Limitation of Liability
Jagen Photography takes the utmost care with equipment and digital media storage. In the unlikely event of technical failure, damage, or loss of media beyond our control, liability is strictly limited to a full refund of payments received for that specific session.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed under the laws of the State of Maryland, operating primarily out of St. Mary's County.
